How to use:

Apply a sufficient amount (approximately half a teaspoon for the face and 6 teaspoons for the body) before sun exposure. Reapply frequently and liberally, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling off. Do not stay in the sun too long. Reducing the amount used will significantly decrease the level of protection.
