Warranty. Return of non-conforming products
Despite our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you may receive an unwanted item, an item with a factory defect or one in poor condition. Perfume’s Club is responsible for this under the terms established in the consumer protection legislation.
According to this regulation, the products are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery. The consumer must report the lack of conformity within two months after he became aware of it.
Perfume’s Club is not responsible for negligent or improper use of the product purchased.
In case of defective product or a product in bad condition, we will proceed with its replacement. Our carrier will pick up the defective product. It is essential that you accompany it with a copy of the sales invoice.
Once the conditions for the replacement of the product have been verified, a new one will be sent without further delay. All the procedures will be totally free for the consumer.
Perfume’s Club offers her customers the possibility of returning their orders. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.
However, due to reasons of health protection and hygiene, we do not accept the return of cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, soaps, gels, hairdressing products, etc.) unsealed.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Perfume’s Club by the means it deems appropriate (mail, email, fax, etc.). To do this, you can use, although not required, the form available through the following link: document withdrawal, which conforms to the model annexed in the Law for the defense of the rights of consumers and users (RDLeg. Nov. 16).
Conditions for changes or refunds
The client has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, counting from the date of receipt of the article(s). It is not necessary to indicate a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal. For greater flexibility in the processing, we appreciate that the client follows the procedure detailed below, although it is not mandatory for the exercise of the rights contemplated in this section.
Step 1: Contact us through the section "Returns" in your user account, to communicate that you want to make a return of your order. You can also use and send the model withdrawal document mentioned above, sending it through our Contact Form
We will send you an immediate confirmation of the receipt of your request.
Step 2: Pack your order under the same conditions you received it. Perfume’s Club will send a messenger to your home to collect the order.
You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
Step 3: Once the items have been received, Perfume’s Club will refund to you, the total amount paid minus the cost of return: collection cost and refund management to the warehouse. Perfume’s Club reserves the right to compensation for the difference between the value of the items sent to the customer and returned by the latter in the following cases:
When the products have been used or manipulated improperly or negligently or not according to their characteristics by the Client.
When the products have been hit or damaged.
When the return by the customer is not made in the original box.
When the lack of conformity is due to wear and tear due to normal use.
If they modify, alter or replace some of the data of the ticket or proof of purchase.
If the serial number or identification of the product is handled.
If all the elements, accessories, cases or boxes are not returned with the product.
We ask the customer to take special care to return the eye glasses in perfect condition. It is important that, in addition to returning the case, the wipe and the box in good condition, the eye glasses are returned with clean lenses. Otherwise, Perfume’s Club may deduct the cost of cleaning the crystals from the amount of the refund.
