The shipment of our products is restricted to the territory of Spain, Portugal, England, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia and Lithuania.
We ship the products to all the American territory. We ship the products to all the New Zealand territory. To check the possibility and handling in other countries please consult with our Client Attention Department.
We conducted our shipments from Monday to Friday and the preparation times and transit mentioned below refer to working days (excluding public holidays).
Our shipping rates are made for the standard service. Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9AM to 7PM, depending on the carrier, the route of messenger and the destination country.

Preparation and Shipping Times
Orders are shipped next business day of their reception. Transit time is 8 to 106 to 1512 to 147 to 109 to 118 to 104 to 7 days depending on the destination and mode of transport selected. Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as working days.
The Holidays in the Madrid Comunity must be considered as a holiday in www.perfumesclub.co.uk as the delivery of goods is concerned, because our logistics platform is based in Madrid. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
This period may be altered by some fortuitous or force majeure incident, making the delivery be delayed for reasons beyond the control and management of Perfume's Club.
SPRING - Ecological Transport
Nowadays, it is very difficult to ship packages without generating any CO2 emissions. However, at Perfume’s Club we are determined to address the problem and have partnered with the carrier Spring to launch a new initiative: Spring Green, which neutralizes the impact that international shipments from our network have on the environment.
Our objective with this project is to offset the emissions created by our services and for this we calculate the probable emissions of each shipment based on its weight and destination, and we mitigate its environmental impact through carbon credits that we have acquired. The credits are used to support two projects in particular: a green energy production wind farm project in Turkey and a reforestation initiative in Peru for CO2 absorption.
Offsetting our emissions is the first step of many to come, with our ultimate goal in mind: a carbon-free supply chain.
