Shopping at Perfume's Club is quite simple. Choose the type of product that you want by clicking on the corresponding category. Once you find brand you are interested in and, after selecting it, you will see all the range of products available (VAT included). Once you have chosen the product, by clicking the "Add to basket" button, it will appear again with its unitary price and an indicator of the number of units you want to buy. You will be able to add as many products as you wish to purchase just going back to the brand that interests you. You can also delete a selected product just by clicking the X button on the right of each reference. Each time you add or delete a product, the total amount of your purchase will be recalculated.
When you have completed your purchase, click on "Start Payment".
If you are already a customer, please enter your email and password. If you're not, click on "New Customer" and fill-in the brief form with your personal information and press register.
Once you have been registered, your purchase information will appear: delivery address and payment method to be selected. For more information, go to the "General Conditions" section on the "Information" Menu on the main page.

The shipment of our products is restricted to the territory of Spain, Portugal, England, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Poland.
To check the possibility and handling in other countries please consult with our Client Attention Department.
We conducted our shipments from Monday to Friday and the preparation times and transit mentioned below refer to working days (excluding public holidays).
Our shipping rates are made for the standard service. Deliveries are made during business hours, from 9AM to 7PM, depending on the carrier, the route of messenger and the destination country.
Preparation and Shipping Times
Orders are shiped next business day of their reception. Transit time is 3 to 6 days depending on the destination and mode of transport selected. Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as working days.
The Holidays in the Madrid Comunity must be considered as a holiday in www.perfumesclub.co.uk as the delivery of goods is concerned, because our logistics platform is based in Madrid. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
This period may be altered by some fortuitous or force majeure incident, making the delivery be delayed for reasons beyond the control and management of Perfume's Club.
In your user profile you have a specific space to return your purchase automatically, or to request the refund of your purchase.
Once the purchase is received, if you are not completely satisfied, please, get in touch with us within the next 14 working days after receiving the product/s. We will proceed with the refund of the amount of the product or its exchange as soon as possible.
Perfumes Club agrees to accept full refunds for returns of sealed/unopened products,but not of the shipping expenses of the purchases products. The customer will have to bear the delivery costs of the returning products.

If you are returning any product, please, remember to indicate the returned product.
Once you have registered on Perfume's Club, you have the option to sponsor your friends, inviting them to know us. When one of your sponsored friends purchases for the first time, Perfume's Club will give you an extra £10 of discount voucher for your next order which will be sent to your email address. Once the voucher code is introduced, the discount will be automatically applied.
You can access through the "Perfume´s Club Sponsor" tab under the "Information" section on the top menu. To sponsor you must be previously registered.
There are 2 ways to sponsor your friends:
-Sending personalized invitations: To do this, you must enter the name or names and email addresses of your sponsored friends and then click accept.
- Introducing the email and password of your account to show all your contacts so you can easily select those you want to sponsor. We support the most important email suppliers such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Mobile Me and others. (Temporarily out of service)
Once the invitations have been sent, we will contact with your sponsored friends to let them know our website and start enjoying our recommended products.
