SCANDAL A PARIS by Jean Paul Gaultier is an Eau de Toilette for women belonging to the Chypre Floral fragrance family. It is the second flanker in his new SCANDAL line, and this time it's a fresher, brighter, and more subtle fragrance.
Once again, perfumer Daphne Bugey has been in charge of reinterpreting the original version of SCANDAL, creating a new scent far removed from clichés, while maintaining Gaultier's irreverent DNA and distinctive style.
Just as the original featured a composition of highly ironic, extremely sweet, and provocative notes, SCANDAL A PARIS exploits that sweetness, making it highly sensual. It begins with pear notes; its heart reveals floral notes of jasmine; and finally, it intoxicates and ends with caramelized honey.
STUNNING LEGS. SCANDAL A PARIS features the same bottle design as the original. Its pink hue has been changed to a much lighter shade, but of course it retains its cap shaped like incredibly long legs in high heels.
Pigalle Quarter. This Parisian neighborhood is the inspiration for 'Scandal'. A vibrant artistic district and a favorite haunt of Jean Paul Gaultier himself, it boasts a diverse array of literary cafés, art studios, dance halls, and cabarets. A maze of picturesque streets, exuding a bohemian and chic atmosphere, gave birth to this perfume.
IRINA SHAYK . The Russian supermodel has been chosen to be the face of SCANDAL A PARIS. The brand has found in her all the values it wants to convey to its audience: a seductive, modern woman committed to feminine beauty.
