Of course. Its ultra creamy texture allows for blending. We can work the pencil as much as we want depending on the desired look and we can turn it into eye shadow.
How can I add shine to my eyes?
You can apply a touch of highlighter on the arch of the eyebrow or on the tear duct (Lancôme Highlighter Stick)
