Kenzo Amour: An olfactory journey through the heart of Asia

Kenzo Amour is a vanilla oriental Eau de Parfum for women, created in 2006 by Daphné Bugey and Olivier Cresp. It won two FiFi Awards in 2007 (Fragrance of the Year and Luxe Packaging). Inspired by a love affair with Asia—India, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, and Thailand—this unique fragrance evokes the serenity, sensuality, and beauty discovered in the quietest moments of travel.

The opening is dominated by Thai rice steam and Chinese white tea—creamy, smooth, and unique—in an initial accord that is genuinely unlike anything you've ever heard. The heart blossoms with Balinese frangipani, Japanese cherry blossom, and heliotrope in an exotic, soft floral blend with a distinctly Asian character. The base of Réunion vanilla, incense, musk, and thanaka wood seals the composition with an intimate, creamy, and enveloping warmth of extraordinary longevity.
