TERRE D'HERMÈS is an “Eau de Toilette” that offers a very similar aroma to its “Terre D´Hermès Eau de Parfum” version – more earthy, mineral, dark and intense – however, the cologne offers a lighter and more subtle, non-mineral aroma for everyday use.
In keeping with its signature trail of vibrant natural notes, the fragrance initially offers an exquisite sense of vitality , thanks to its citrus notes of grapefruit and orange. After a few minutes, this fragrance, in harmony with the skin, reveals its heart of vetiver and cedar notes, in harmony with the woody aromas of nature.
The base notes are composed of resins and benzoin. The resins lend a sweet aura in harmony with the benzoin—a prized aromatic resin from Sumatra (Indonesia), used since ancient times for its medicinal properties and now very popular in aromatherapy—which adds an elegant finishing touch.
