How to use:

Place the sole of your foot on the narrowest part of the support, making sure the smooth side is facing the skin. Allow the longer part of the strap to rest on the outer side of the foot.
Cross the longer side of the strap to the opposite side of the ankle, the inside of the foot. Then place and seal the shorter side straight across the instep.
Wrap the longer side of the strap around the ankle. Adjust the tension to the desired comfort and support.
