Easy dissolution. Shake the bottle before taking. Take 1 scoop of product daily (10.5 g) diluted in a glass (approx. 200 ml) of water, juice, milk, infusion, tea, etc. For better dissolution, first pour the contents of the scoop into a glass and add the liquid slowly, stirring with a spoon.
