The Absolut Repair Molecular Leave-in Mask is something you would apply at the styling stage, adding more hydration and feeling a little more superficial, but I think it is totally necessary as the shampoo and serum work on the internal structure, while I feel that The mask does a little of both. If you have fine hair, you don't absolutely need the mask, but prepare for impressively voluminous hair; I have been using all three products together, but for the benefit of the review I thought I would try just the wash duo, and my hair was massively voluminous afterwards, you could market these as volumizing products as they provide so much density, it was truly unreal!
