What is a marketplace product?
The integration of external sellers on our website allows us to offer a wide variety of new items. Marketplace products are purchased directly from our trusted sellers who comply with every quality guarantee and are responsible for managing your order at all times.
If you want to know whether a product is from Marketplace, you can see the details of the seller on the product page:

How does it work?
You can recognise our sellers' products thanks to the text "Sold and sent by" on the product pages.
You can add products from Perfume's Club and from external sellers to the same cart.
No seller has access to payment details. Discounts and gift card payments are not available on Marketplace orders either.

What are the shipping costs of a Marketplace product?
Some of our sellers offer free shipping. However, others do have shipping costs that vary depending on the seller.
All products without shipping cost are marked “FREE SHIPPING”

Is there customer support for Marketplace products?
Currently, you can only contact the seller if you have placed an order with them.

What is the shipping procedure?
You will receive one package per seller, as each seller, including us, ships from their own facilities. This means that there may be different delivery times. For more information, go to the profile of the seller on the product page.

In the 'MY ORDERS' section of your Perfume's Club profile you will find the details of your purchase and you can contact the seller who managed your order directly by clicking on 'CONTACT'.

You can check the status of your order and track the shipment by going to your Perfume's Club account.
