VICENTE GANDÍA BOBAL NEGRO red wine 2019 from Vicente Gandía . Premium varietal red wine DO Utiel - Requena. With 13.5% vol. and ideal to serve between 16 and 18ºC. This wine has been made with a selection of Bobal grapes born in vineyards in the upper area of Utiel Requena. With yields of less than 1 kg per vine, it was harvested in mid-October. A pre-fermentative maceration has been carried out at 3ºC for 4 days and it has been fermented at 26ºC, remaining with its pastes for 10 more days. 50% of the wine has undergone malolactic fermentation for 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels.
An intense wine with a purple rim and dense tears. It presents an aroma of broom, red fruit and English caramel with nuances of smoked. In the mouth it is resounding and leaves sensations of oak.
Bobal Negro is ideal to combine with red meat, rice, pasta and stews.
