ELABORATION
Selection of herbs paying special attention to the most representative of Galicia such as fennel, coriander, eucalyptus and laurel among others. Infusion of them through a maceration process in a hydroalcoholic base for approximately 2 months. Pressing of the herbs, process by which the infusion is obtained. On the other hand, we use our Albariño Valmiñor wine made on a regular basis. The infusion and wine are mixed in the proportion designed together with the sugar. Subsequent correction of the alcoholic graduation to 15º. Filtration and bottling.
TASTING
Entroido is straw yellow in color evoking the color of Albariño Valmiñor that constitutes its base, in addition, it has golden reflections of a certain intensity. It is shiny and transparent. It shows a citrus nose with very marked notes of orange and lemon and also very floral, all wrapped up with pleasant spicy touches. The notes of fennel, bay leaf and coriander, flowers such as roses and balsamic notes such as mint and eucalyptus are particularly noteworthy. It also shows species such as cinnamon.
Entroido is complex, intense and elegant with an Atlantic mouth, fresh and evoking the Galician mountains. It is equally unctuous, and with a very pleasant, enveloping and citrus acidity.
