Is the delivery note or a bill included in the package?
For reasons of environmental responsibility, delivery notes and bills are not included in the orders, but you can download your bill using the following procedure:
In your
customer account you have a section called "Your purchases". When you log in you will see a summary of all orders placed, cancelled or delivered. All those who have been sent successfully will have the option "See bill", where you can download the detailed bill for that particular order.
