How are the products returned?

You will have to return the product on your own, accessing the Returns section from your customer profile, and select the products you want to return. In this case, you must indicate in the "comments" field that the refund will be managed by you.

Once your request is processed, we will reply with a Return reference number and we will send you the form that you must include in the box, so that your Return is processed as soon as possible by our warehouse.

The products must arrive in perfect condition and with their original packaging. We cannot process the return of broken, unsealed, opened, or used products.

Perfume's Club does not guarantee the transit time of the shipment, nor its good conditions.
