Poême by Lancôme is a “Eau de Parfum“ for women with a floral air. It is an ode to romanticism, versus full of delicacy that represent love, a poem where words are superfluous, since, with its aroma, it transmits everything. Because as we well know, there are times when words are too much.
This fragrance was created in 1995 by the perfumer Jacques Cavallier. In it, he wanted to capture the elegance of flowers, and created a poem where each word is a flower, full of contrasts, intense and delicate, sensitive and strong, romantic and passionate. An influx of emotions that intoxicates our senses, and makes us fall asleep before his presence.
Its olfactory pyramid is a total floral bouquet, more than 20 flowers come together to create this olfactory experience. Among the most outstanding are the Himalayan blue poppy and the classic rose, which are combined with notes such as leather, vanilla and woody touches of cedar. I STARTED USING THIS PERFUME (POEME) MANY YEARS AGO, JUST WHEN IT CAME ON THE MARKET.
