Nuit d'Issey by Issey Miyake is a 'Eau de Toilette' for men which is included in the Spicy Woody family. In it, mystery and enigma are enhanced, and we enter into the darkness of the night, a moment of intensity, in which we give free rein to passion and let ourselves be carried away by our impulses.
This fragrance was launched in 2014 by perfumers Dominique Ropion and Loc Dong. They were inspired by a lake, of calm waters, on which the moonlight is reflected, capturing a powerful and magical moment, just like the man Issey, a man with character and charisma, and with a high power of natural attraction.
Its olfactory pyramid begins with an explosion of citrus freshness, and is formed by bergamot and grapefruit. Next, we can observe its most seductive facet, through its heart, enveloping and mainly, composed of leather, woody notes, black pepper, vetiver and spices, a very sexy and magnetic combination. Finally, a warmer and more intense background is opened up, with sparkles of incense, tonka bean and patchouli.
LUNAR JOURNEY. Nuit d'Issey transports us to the moon, to a distant and lonely world, where there is no noise and is far from civilization. A place to be discovered, where we set the standards.
MYSTERY MAN. There is nothing more enigmatic than night, and this fragrance captures that essence. In it is drawn a seductive and magnetic man, who captivates and traps with his intense gaze.
BLACK BOTTLE. Its bottle follows the same lines as those in the L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme collection, but on this occasion, and honouring the landscape it represents, it is dyed in an intense and mysterious black colour.
Base notes: Tonka bean, patchouli, incense and ebony tree.
