L'Eau d'Issey Homme Sport by Issey Miyake is an'Eau de Toilette' for men belonging to the Aromatic Wooden family. This is a new addition to the L'Eau d'Issey collection, which adopts a fresher, sportier and more adventurous tone, following the classic minimalist lines that characterise the firm.
This fragrance was launched in 2012 by the perfumer Jacques Cavallier. For his creation, the master perfumer took his inspiration from sports, outdoor activities and risk, extreme sports, which cause adrenaline rush and shake the body and soul, a state of ecstasy that takes over our senses, causing a final sensation totally pleasant.
Its wake begins with a cocktail of citrus fruits, led by bergamot and grapefruit, vital and energizing components that already mark its territory from the first moment. Next, we can appreciate a light and manly heart, thanks to flashes of nutmeg in combination with leather, an element that denotes masculinity and elegance. Finally, its solid background is composed of vetiver, Virginia cedar and ambergris, giving it personality and character.
GLACIAL FRESHNESS. This fragrance captures our senses and invades them with an immense freshness. An icy and comfortable sensation, perfect for cooling the hottest days of the year.
NATURE. Always and for each of her perfumes, Issey Miyake seeks inspiration from nature. Pure, fresh and revitalizing elements that fill our days with lightness and a touch of adventure.
FUTURISTIC DESIGN. Its bottle follows the same lines as L'Eau d'Issey's, but this time, its glass is tinted in a metallic grey shade with blue details, inspired by the characteristic glasses of some risky sports, such as skiing or snowboarding.

The perfume is wonderful, however, it came with a defect and the fixation lasts for a short time or almost nothing. I'm sure it's a case in point. The store is great and very reliable only the product that came with problems and I feel I lost my purchase and that caused some frustration.
Fresh but striking perfume, which I bought for the first time to try and I loved it. Since then I have bought it again several times and I hope it will not be discontinued.
As its name indicated, ultimately it suits me just when I do my sports (weight training, jogging, dance) and at work (it's physical, I sweat). It doesn't attract the attention of others at all at parties, or at events.
