Hugo XY de Hugo Boss es un “Eau de Toilette” para hombre perteneciente a la familia Amaderada Aromática. Este perfume nos cuenta el crecimiento del Hugo, un chico joven y alocado que por fin ha asentado la cabeza, para convertirse en un hombre maduro, equilibrado y sereno.
Esta fragancia fue lanzada en el año 2007, junto a Hugo XX, su pareja femenina, se trata de dos fragancias totalmente opuestas, pero que se complementan a la perfección. En XY se describe a un hombre adulto, elegante y con un aire de sofisticación, con valores y fortaleza interior, refinado y ambicioso. Hugo, aquel chico pícaro y travieso, ha crecido, y le ha llegado el momento de cruzar la línea que define a un hombre.
Su pirámide olfativa, inicia con notas frescas como hojas del peral y bergamota, bañadas por un aire leñoso, proveniente del cedro, indicando ya, un crecimiento interior. Seguidamente, su corazón se compone por un estallido de albahaca, hielo picado y menta, un frescor seco, gélido y aromático. Finalmente, su poso final se compone por pachulí, almizcle y nuevamente cedro, notas varoniles, sofisticadas y seductoras.
