Place the eyeliner pencil on a flat surface for three minutes so that the ink can color the tip.
For a natural look: using the narrow side of the brush, trace a thin line along the base of the upper lashes, from the inner corner of the eye to the outside.
For an intense look: use the flat side of the brush.
