Did you know that breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in women today? It is estimated that 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer during their lifetime .

Given the alarming situation, Doctor Javier Cortés , one of the most internationally recognized medical oncologists, decided to create the Contigo Foundation against Women's Cancer.

Its objective? Promote research exclusively in Women's Cancer, improve the quality of life of hundreds of thousands of women and put a stop to this disease.

Dr. Javier Cortés is a leader of pioneering research and author of numerous publications in the most prestigious scientific journals. He recently presented a study that reveals the best results in the history of breast cancer: a new treatment that prevents breast cancer from progressing in 75.8% of women with HER2, a very aggressive type of metastatic tumor. thus improving the survival of these patients.

The Contigo Foundation differs from others in that it is focused exclusively on women's cancer, mainly breast cancer , and that it carries out research without overheads, that is, 100% of the contributions are allocated to scientific research. Its 14 active research projects are currently funded with contributions from companies and PEOPLE LIKE YOU, who put their energy and resources to help combat this disease.
