Oriental aroma, clean, woody, fresh, with a brutal fixation and sillage. You have to wear very little. On my skin it is soapy, powdery, clean. It doesn't tire me and also not many people wear it in Spain. Very different from what is currently worn.
This perfume is wonderful for anyone who likes warm, strong scents. Lasts all day on the skin and is unmistakable. Despite being from the Estée Lauder brand, it has the hand of Tom Ford, it's all said!
I have felt that it bears a resemblance to YSL's Opium. Not for me. It has no resemblance. It is a classic chypre as classic as Chanel 5 or Paloma Picasso. It is a hole for lovers of chypre.
My husband loves this fragrance, it is woody and sensual, it has its vintage stamp but it does not smell like grandmother, on the contrary, it smells of a self-confident woman with a lot of personality and character.
